UFS-IT is a collaborative Information Technology group offering shared services that play a pivotal role in supporting various departments within UFS, including Facilities Management, Planning, Design & Construction, Space Strategy & Management, Real Estate, and Enterprise GIS, as well as our partners in Business Services and HR. Our primary goal is to empower each department using innovative technologies and process automations.

With our specialized expertise, we employ technology to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across a spectrum of departmental functions. Our focus areas include financial administration, contract management, utility management and billing, project billing, procurement tracking, preventative maintenance, estimation, shop management, payroll, custodial management, inventory control, irrigation control, and meter data collection.

We excel in crafting customized programming solutions, applications, and databases tailored to meet the unique needs of each business function. Our core responsibilities encompass the entire software development life cycle, from initial development to implementation and ongoing maintenance of applications. Moreover, we provide extensive support for users and their personal computer systems. Additionally, we oversee server and database administration, ensuring sustainable and reliable resources for users and their processes.
